Recently renovated to preserve its 1959 allure, this one-story, two-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental features stylish surf-shack decor with rattan details and original terrazzo flooring. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a private backyard with a fire pit. Soak up the good vibes and catch some waves, dude! 🤙🏽

Kitchen: It is fully stocked with all your necessary supplies! Appreciate the beautiful granite countertops and stools for enjoying a meal and conversing with family and friends. Want to take snacks and drinks outside? Effortlessly glide through the pass-through window to the Patio Bar. You will find a Keurig with K-Cups, sugar, and coffee stirrers available. This allows you to savor coffee while unwinding on the back patio. 🥥

Living Room: This cozy space is all about that chic gray sectional sofa, fake greenery, and beachy vibes on the walls. Oh, and let's remember the star of the show: an oversized Roku TV with Fubo channel access for all you sports fanatics out there! 🌺

Primary Bedroom: The room features a king bed with luxurious white bedding, a full-length mirror, a clock featuring USB outlets, and electrical outlets in the room. Additionally, there's a luggage rack, hangers, and a Roku TV remote for easy TV control and access to the Fubo channel subscription, which offers local and sports channels like ESPN. 🌴

Secondary Bedroom: The room includes a queen bed with lavish white linens, a full-length mirror, a clock with USB outlets, and two reading lights. Moreover, there is a luggage rack, hangers, and a dresser to meet all your storage requirements. 🍊

Florida Room: This spot is ideal for relaxing while working or sending a brief email. The stylish green velvet futon transforms into a Full-Sized Bed, with all bedding conveniently stored in the hallway closet. An additional three-inch thick foam pad, encased in plastic with a zipper, offers extra comfort – please keep it in the casing. For your reading enjoyment, you will also find a book that matches the theme, The Surf Shack. 🐚

Screened Patio, aka THE TIKI BAR: It's an ideal place to unwind and de-stress, surrounded by the melodic chirping of birds. You'll find a spacious TV (Roku controls the remote and turns on the TV) with access to a Fubo channel featuring local channels, news channels, and ESPN. Conveniently, there's a pass-through window for easy transfer of beverages from the kitchen to this outdoor area. Please refrain from moving the charging outlet securely plugged into the wall. 🏄🏻‍♀️

Backyard: Enter a captivating rainforest setting adorned with native plants personally planted by the homeowner. Discover a cozy fire pit area for your enjoyment. Experience the stunning sunset view from the backyard, or take a short drive to the beach for an alternative scenic spot. ✨

Other things to note:
- Forget about packing or renting beach gear! We provide guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and sunblock. Additionally, there's a big bag of beach toys for the little ones. 🌅

- The washing machine and dryer are discreetly placed in the garage, covering your laundry detergent needs. Remember to leave the washer door slightly open when not in use. Both the washer and dryer doors may be tricky to close—lift them slightly and shut them firmly. 🫧
